"Had an appointment but the Doctor left before..."

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) / Dermatology

I had an appointment booked with the Dermatologist. Having checked in and waited for 40mins, the doctor left. The receptionist chased after them to say that they still had a patient to see, to which they replied that they didn't. The receptionists were both extremely helpful and double checked that I did have an appointment (which I did), however there was nothing they could do. I really enjoy spending my afternoon in a waiting room to not to even be seen my the doctor.
