"Belated thank you"

I attended your hospital recently, and had a Full Knee replacement Oporation, I was asked to fill this form in on my last visit, but it took me a bit by supprise, so I didn't express my full gratitude. So I would just like to tell you what a big difference you have made to my life! eight weeks ago I couldn't even walk to the shop at the end of my road! Now I'm walking the dog miles every day! It's made me feel human again!!

You've given me my life back!! and I will reccomend you to anyone I know who needs that help, So a massave thank you to the Surgeon and team who did an amazing job on my knee, and to all the other amazing staff who cared for me after my op and up until my last visit. Your hospital is by far the best hospital I have ever stayed at, and I feel very lucky to have been sent to you, so again, A big Thank You from me.
