"Rather dissatisfying experience"

I was referred to this hospital for shoulder freeze treatment. I had approximately 6 sessions with a therapist which achieved remarkable improvement. Midst treatment I was allocated to another therapist and after 2 sessions I was released, as I could move my shoulder again. However, since being discharged and as a consequence of my last 2 sessions, I am suffering from a horrible shoulder pain and shoulder slips which are completely new.... Now I am back to my GP and awaiting another referral. Rather frustrating.
