"Fracture Clinic"

Cannot thank the staff in the fracture clinic enough for treatment they gave my Daughter today.

Yes clinic was not on time today and we were seen an hour past our appointment time but there were a lot of injured people about so I assume this was the reason for the delay.

When we were seen we were not made to feel rushed or unimportant, the consultant was amazing! Perfect bedside manner, I felt my Daughter was in the very best hands.

Then off to the plaster room to get fixed up, the nurse there was great! My Daughter was nervous but the nurse sensed this and explained what was going to happen.

Overall a very pleasant experience under not so pleasant circumstances.

I really do not think the NHS is given enough credit for the work they do.

Well done Basildon Hospital keep up the good work!
