What I liked

My daughter was the patient,and,even though sadly she passed away at the Heart Hospital she as the patient and i as her mother were both treated with the utmost care and respect by everyone involved.

What could be improved

As i see it nothing could have been improved,i was very happy with everything at the hospital.

Anything else?

Everyone who camre in contact with my daughter,nurses,doctors,cleaners,even the person who brought round the menus became friends and treated us with care and respect.
