"I was admitted on Jan 20th having ..."

About: University College Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was admitted on Jan 20th having collapsed at work to UCH and everything had been fine, I felt cared for but nothing could be found wrong with me having done an ECG and CAT scan.

Anything else?

That is until the discharge process at around 00:15. The canular was taken out of my arm as I had been discharged but it came out wrong and I bled out for a little bit with my blood pressure falling to 87/54. This led me to feel disorientated again (having gradually improved in the last 5 hours of the 7 I had been in the hospital). I was told to 'sleep it off' but at 0100 I was told I had been discharged and I was no longer the hospital's concern. Still feeling disorientated I had no option but to head to Euston station for my last train (towards Watford), which I missed owing to the disorientation and I was taking little steps because I was worried about falling over.
