"Genuine caring staff"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I was in a few days ago with lower back pain and reduced movement. I am nearly 8 month pregnant. I was initially on ward 15 - the pregnancy assessment unit - and was then transferred to the birthing centre.

The care I received was second to none and I cannot fault a single thing about my experience. Genuine, caring staff. Nothing was a bother for them.

I look forward to returning to give birth to my baby in the next month or so.

A real credit to the hospital: )

Dear Mum to be,

What a positive review! Thank you so much for sharing this with me at what is such an exciting time for you and your family.

I am so pleased that you received top notch care on Ward 15 and that you are looking forward to returning to The Northumbria to have your baby very soon. I will make sure your comments get passed onto the teams involved with your care. I know the staff with be extremely happy to read them.

All the best,

Jessica
