"Visit to A&E / Ambulatory Care"

I went to A&E this morning and then moved to Ambulatory care, where I had my bloods, then required an x-ray - everyone involved from start to finish, from admin, nursing and clinicians were just brilliant. So kind and lovely and caring. They helped me undo my clothes, put them back on and also explained everything to me properly. Really gave me the reassurance I required. I am not one who usually writes in for a compliment but I was very impressed by the service today and thought that I must write this good review. Really well done to UCLH A&E and Ambulatory Team and thank you!
