"17 month son - broken arm - visit to QA A&E"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Accident and emergency

Good afternoon , I would like to say a massive thank you to the people on reception and also the people in A&E department that helped us in the early hours of Saturday morning 17th Sept (about 4 ish).

Our son had a broken arm already and had somehow his cast had come of in the middle of the night ( I really don't know how he did it) he was in some pain and they checked him into A&E and he was seen, re-plastered his arm and we were out within 40 minutes.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Thank you .

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your kind words with us. We are so glad that your son had such a positive experience from everyone who helped you within the Emergency Department.

Please be assured that I will share your comments with the team involved who will be pleased to receive such positive feedback.

May I take this opportunity to wish your son well for the future.

Kind regards.

Debbie
