new payment machines for parking, these machines are called smart parking. Yes they certainly are, they take your registration number of your vehicle, so no sharing of your ticket with any spare time left on it. They dont give any change. All those over payments, Im sure there is an option for these machines to give change.
Im sure you the Health Centre are aware of this, as someone must have agreed to there operating terms and conditions !
So thanks for looking after your patients parking, its nice to know your there for our health and our money !
