"Out of hours is non existent"

Rang up and explained my condition, told to come down as soon as possible, get there at 3 minutes past 7 to be told they are shut now until 8am the next day. Very poor management. Waited nearly and hour outside for a phone call back from 111 service and they got told to go inside to sit and wait to see a GP. Sat in the dark with the doors locked until GP could see me. Seems the place shuts down at 7pm.
