"Disgusting doctors receptionists"

Don't recommend this place my partner who as ongoing health issues only three weeks out of hospital tries to get a appointment today they say there are none available and should attend a walk in centre. He went to hanley and waited four hours. The nurse at walk in couldn't diagnose him and they said he needed urgent care and actually rang the receptionist to get a appointment for him in the morning too which the receptionist said they are not prepared too free up a appointment. He as a severely swollen stomach with pain. I'm no expert in healthcare but this is unprofessional in my opinion we are taking this further
