"the nurses on gardner ward were ..."

About: Conquest Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

the nurses on gardner ward were all very professional and worked to a high standard in giving and monitoring nursing care, they worked long shifts and always managed to maintain a smiling face, the doctors were also very kind and understanding along with a gentle approach

What could be improved

side wards need en suite toilet and bathroom for pts in isolation

Anything else?

i was horrified to find the night nurse on s.a.u to have their tattoed arms uncovered when nursing patients many of whom were elderly and found it distasteful, how very unprofessional,in my days of training this would have never been allowed, please lets try to keep up the standards of the nursing profession
