My mum was an inpatient for almost a year (discharged in October 2015). The staff were very caring, and her dignity was always respected. They have a difficult job, and do it well. Staff tend work here long term, and mum was able to make good relationships with staff. Always made to feel welcome when visiting, even when out of hours (I travelled long distance). Sometimes problems with the food quality, but staff do try hard to get the patients to eat including eating with them. Sometimes patients have extreme behaviour, and the staff do well to treat them with respect, keep calm and keep others safe.
"Very kindly care of my mother"
