I have just returned home from an X-Ray at Weston General. Please see my comments below

Saw GP 24 Aug, X-Ray appointment letter dated 25 Aug, rec'd 27 Aug, appt. for 19 Sept. I was 15 mins. early for my appointment (18.10), was seen more than 10 minutes early as no-one waiting. GP requested left hand but both hands done together as checking for arthritis; wise decision as I have 2 problems with right hand and wrist which are not getting better. Advised results will be with GP in approx. 1 week. I thanked the member of staff who did my X-Ray and that I have always received very good service at the hospital. I was in and out so quick I did not have to pay the car park fee. Thank you Weston Area Health NHS Trust for a fantastic service. Suggestion, please add X-Ray to the Department drop-down. Many thanks.

Many thanks for your comments regarding our X-ray department. We have passed your comments on to the staff concerned and it's always good to hear that our patients are happy with the service we provide. Hopefully the problems you have been having with your hands can soon be resolved once the x-ray results come through.
