My partner has been in your care for approx 25

days. She has been moved 8 times and i was not allowed to visit for 10 days.

I know you have the virus but better steps could

be taken to clear it up.

I am very sorry that you have had a bad experience at Musgrove. It would be very helpful to us if you could ring our specialist PALS (Concerns and Complaints) team on 01823 343536. They will be able to investigate your concerns and ensure you get a formal response. This will also allow us to see what lessons we need to learn to ensure mistakes are not repeated. Once again, I'm sorry to hear about your partner's experience and I hope she is feeling much better.
