"Hospital feedback"

About: Solihull Hospital

I presume the centre is managed by admin and clerical staff to save medical staff time. Very good idea except when the people picking up the phone think they are medical staff and make medical suggestions. For example for an eye emergency one suggested I go to my GP and get referred.
