"quadruple heart bypass surgery"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital / Cardiothoracic surgery

I had my operation on the 17 June 2016 from the start I was terrified of what was about to happen, on meeting my surgeon they put me totally at ease with what would be done. On entering ward 38 the treatment I received was fantastic. Many thanks to all the staff on intensive care ward also. I know it's only a short time but I feel great and would like to say to future patients all the staff are superb and totally take care of you, many thanks once again,

Dear Stuart

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience of care and treatment at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals in June of this year. It is great to hear that despite this being a worrying and stressful time for you that the staff were able to support you through your operation and put you at ease. I will ensure that your feedback is shared with the teams involved who I know will be pleased to hear this.

Thank you once more and I wish you a continued recovery.

Andrew
