"Unimpressed"

About: Crawley Hospital

I visited the walk in centre with my Son and am really shocked by the lack of care or compassion. The childrens waiting area was dirty and really busy, with some people even sitting on the floor. The worse part of the visit was a young boy of 2-3 yrs old was sick all over the floor, I went to the receptionist on the main desk to ask if someone could come and see if the little boy was ok and clear up but no one bothered! I had got the mum some paper roll and she herself cleaned the vomit up from the floor. I really think the childrens waiting area is dangerous there are no obvious call points no staff around, no one comes to see if anyone is ok you are just dumped in there, until someone has time to see you. There is no compassion or care! I also wonder if SCT have a bare below elbow policy!!!
