Hi, Just spent 8 hours in ED with my 87 year old mum.
Thank you to all the staff - nursing, FY2, speciality doctor, medical consultant, porters, and radiology staff who treated mum with courtesy and dignity.
Who made sure she had all the necessary investigations, offered both her and ourselves drinks and refreshments. To the point where we were able to take mum home, with further tests and an opd to follow.
Well done Tameside!
