Awful service for children

"Awful service for children"

You'll be told one thing and get another! Twice in 5 years I've been here with my child to get a diagnosis for ADHD! They fob you off, they don't stick to the 'NICE' guidelines, they don't listen and they won't rush to get you follow up appointments or assessment appointments within the timeline thay your told. Useless and unhelpful staff who aren't compassionate in the slightest.
