"First visit to A&E"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

I have worked as a practice managers in GP surgeries for over 20yrs.I have never visited A&E dept, but heard lots about it. Tonight I had to attend with my 10yrs old granddaughter. The service we received was amazing,from the receptionist right through to the last doctor we see during our visit. Very helpful understanding and made my granddaughter feel very relaxed. I know they all have a tough job to do. I would like to thank you all.
