(as the patient),

I have just recently been a patient on ward D3 and i would like to say a very heartfelt thankyou to all the doctors nurses and auxillary staff who looked after me with great care and the upmost professionalism . It was my very first stay in hospital and a worrying time for both me and my family. I CANNOT SAY THANKYOU ENOUGH !!!!
