(as the patient),

Broke my wrist while playing football on a Friday night. The communication, understanding and care were good. The waiting time could be improved, but is was expected tho.

Dear Shak,

I was sorry to hear that you had fractured your wrist.

The staff that dealt with you will delighted to read your positive comments and that you found communication, understanding and care was good.

I am sorry that you thought the waiting time could be improved and this can be due to activity within the department. The Doctors and Nurses are working hard towards meeting the 4 hour waiting time standard and we continue to try and improve on this.

I hope you are recovering well.
