"Hardworking lovely staff - a massive thankyou !"

My daughter has just come home from a 3 day stay on the children's ward. We received absolutely fantastic care from everyone we came into contact with during her stay. We would like to send a huge thankyou to not only all the staff on the children's ward but also the surgical doctors, porters, cleaners, X-ray, ultrasound and Mri scanning staff. We were in the hospital over an extremely busy time and weekend but nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. Everyone had a smile and reassuring words both for my daughter and for me even when they were exhausted after long and really busy shifts. The staff on the children's ward absolutely worked their socks off, with staff coming in to help out when they were supposed to be off and all disciplines helping each other out - what a team, you should be so proud.
