"Poor communication between their team"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square / Neurology

My wife lost 5-6 Kg, weight due to her neurological condition. Dietician was very good who kindly prescribed drinks which wasn't given for at least for 1 week, nursing team this hasn't even been updated on the system. Dietician came after 1 week asking for the flavours of the drink lol which we weren't even given and they were annoyed too with staff...some of the care assistant and nursing staff are very good but some really don't care about your situation and they are very rude. My advise is if you are impatient their don't even say a single word even though they staff come and starts arguing with the mentally ill patient as there won't be no to listen to you especially on weekends. They will make fun of you as you try to raise your voice and leave feedback. The doctors and nurses are good but they are busy as they have to do better things. Life is so stressful after brain injury but please be ready to face rudest staffs.
