About: Charing Cross Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Me and my daughter of 17 was referred to this hospital from another hospital due to my daughter having GPA ( granulomatosis with polyangitis), after it taking us 3 hours to get there from where we live..our appointment was at 10:30am we didnt get seen untill 12:10pm we was there to discuss her breathing but found the dr more interested in her nose. The dr then put a camera up her nose without washing their hands or wearing gloves on my child who has no immune system due to her illness and is very open to become ill when hygiene is not being practiced in hospitals, i shall not be coming back to his hospital again.
