"Blown away by care"

I recently gave birth to my second child in the midwifery led unit of Russells Hall hospital in Dudley.

I was absolutely blown away by the extremely high level of care I recieved. Every single aspect of my experience was outstanding. I cannot praise this unit and all of its staff highly enough. Everybody who had any involvement in my care was professional, kind, caring, dedicated and attentive to my needs.

Thank you so much to everybody. Childbirth is a scary and at times very unpleasant and even traumatic experience. The staff in this department have helped to make the whole experience an extremely positive one.
