"Excellent service after visit to A&E & MEDOC"

I visited the A&E after having chest pains. I just wanted to say what an excellent service I received from start to finish. The receptionist was very pleasant whilst checking me in and the nurses were very nice and helpful. I was then forwarded on MEDOC and waited 1/2hr or so which was not a problem. I was then seen by a doctor who was one of the most kindest doctors I have met. They treated me as person rather than a number. They took the time to ask me about my symptoms, then examined me, explaining what they were doing at each point. Then explained and showed me what the problem was. I do not visit the hospital that often but when I have been in A&E on the odd occasion over the years the doctors and nurses are fantastic and do not get enough recognition for the job that they do. Please pass on my thanks to the doctor, the member of staff on reception and both the nurses that saw to me.
