This hospital and all its staff represent the very best of everything that the NHS has to offer; it really is a shining beacon for the National Health free at point of use system. I have had private treatment in the past and can state from personal experience that there is no quantifiable difference between the quality of the two parallel services. This hospital makes me proud to think that I am lucky enough to live in a country that offers total health care to all and that I have contributed towards its creation over the years through my taxes. Money well spent.
