"General ultrasound"

About: Basildon University Hospital

I come on Thursdays 8 September to drop my appointment card the receptionist told me that they will contact me for the appointment , I waited until 16 September for a phone call but no one called so I decided to call them, I called the wrong department as the receptionist said, all I know is I called general ultrasound, they told me that it's take 4 to 6 weeks to make an appointment I asked them why, they said that is a procedure and that I'm in wrong department and my scan is not urgent, I was about to talk and they just put me through in other department, they was so rude the first time they picked up the phone

I haven't finish talking yet and they just told me to hold on!:( not urgent? I have cyst in my right ovary for 1 year now and it's 1inch, I am in agony in pain for 2 weeks every month for a year every time my cycle come I can't touch my belly because feels like fresh wound,I can't cough because it's killing me the pain and come to the point that pain killer doesn't work anymore! And still not urgent! I wonder what is urgent then!
