About: Boston NHS Treatment Centre

I was treated at Boston West Hospital for an outpatient procedure that involved intermediate surgery under general anaesthetic in August 2016.

I was seen under the NHS patient choice scheme.

The service and quality of care I received right from my orthropaedic consultant, the anesthetist, through to the nursing staff and the receptionists was exceptional.

Appointments were always seen on time, no waiting. I was treated with courtesy and kept informed of options and procedures at all times.

Communication is excellent.

Boston West is a small private hospital, and as such I was treated as an individual.

If only all hospitals could be like this one.

Highly recommended!
