About: The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

I have been looked after by rheumatology for the last 12 years.

I cannot fault the service they provide and however busy they are they will try help as soon as they are able.

There is always a listening ear when you think no one understands your pain, from the office to the nurse practitioner and many more,

I feel like I'm being looked after privately.

Well done all of you at Christchurch Rheumatology for making my life easier and caring.

I am sure you have seen many changes to the hospital over the last 12 years, not least the re-development of the whole site at Christchurch, which I hope has not been too disruptive to you or your treatment.

We thank you for noting the high quality care you have received over this period from the office staff to the nurse practitioner.

It is always encouraging having a swift service and a listening ear from someone with empathy and understanding.

Your kind words will be passed on to the Rheumatology team as I know they will appreciate your feedback.
