"Aande triage"

Not happy, feeling extremely sad, I was asked to go to the emergency department twice on the nhs number and by a nurse. I have a fever that rises and falls and chest pain but none of that is really a big deal when considering I didn't even Give my form in to the receptionist because the nurse was so sharp and so cold that I felt empty and to worried I'd receive the same treatment from the GP.

A lady was sat in the waiting room practically screaming in pain and all the nurse did was exhaust the confirmation that they would see her next but refused to help her off her chair. They should not be a nurse behaving that way. I'm mortified I've had nothing but good experiences with other staff members here, but today I walked out untreated because I just couldn't continue in that judgmental and mean environment. Oh what has the world come too, can't we just be nicer to each other at least. I know funds are short but a smile doesn't cost a thing. Receptionist was lovely though, I have to state that. The nurse however was not so kind .
