About: Tolworth Hospital / Memory clinic

(as a carer),

The team at Tolworth memory clinic have helped my mother and I by sorting out her medication, putting us in touch with other NHS services and telling us how we can get better support from our GP. Dr Loftus has always had time to listen and both my mother, and I as her carer, have felt supported.
