Where you sit and wait in the physio dept there is a water dispenser, the plastic cups are left out loose on a shelf,they use an old notice to stand the cups on.The cups should be in a proper dispenser to stop people handling them ,dropping them on the floor,or using them and placing them back this must cause all kinds of germs and viruses being transferred to one and all.
