"Bad Practice"

I have tried to register with this practice twice now and both times I wasn't able to. The first time I tried I got told that I needed to proofs of address when the NHS website says otherwise and the second time I was told that I needed my NHS number again the website says if known. The receptionist was very rude.They need to be updated about what you need to register with a GP
