My visit to the emergency and Urgent care unit was the worst experience ever. It is like you visit a cheap shop with three counters. Your life depends on the decision made in these little cubicles. They first pass you to urgent care and if you satisfy the doctor he/she may send you to emergency department which means, wait four hours extra.
You see patients in the waiting area with canola in their hands and cloths stained with blood. No hygiene care, proper ventalation syatem and luck of professionals. It does not look like an hospital, but it definitely looks like a grocessary shop. NHS needs an urgent review of this hospital before it is too late. Demolish the urgent care and not waste money on too many nurse asseassessments. Instead add more doctors and proper monitoring sytem for doctors. Use advanced technology for queing system.
