Attended the A and E dept after my son txted to say he had injured his ankle whilst at work. He was been triaged when I arrived at 1225. Had some pain relief, then an X-ray, given X-ray results- which showed no break- then given instructions both verbal n written and was in way home by 1pm!!! Everyone was lovely and all areas in dept so clean. Massive thumbs up from me who as a nurse of over 32years has very high standards!
