"Visit to A&E"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Had a fast passage through the department and in to minor injuries unit which was busy. The waiting time was stated as 2 hours but I was seen in just over the hour. The unit was well run, clean and the staff were helpful, pleasant and professional. I was treated with respect, dignity and professionalism.
