I can't praise the A&E department enough! My sister in law had a metal object embedded in her foot so drove her to Solihull A & E, very kind staff took care of her within ten minutes. They dealt with it by removing the object, cleaned and dressed the foot and gave her a tetanus jab,

The whole experience including getting medication from the pharmacy took 40 minutes. brilliant! keep up the good work.

I thought the location of the pharmacy could be improved.

Thank you so much for taking to provide your comments about your recent attendance with your sister in law at Solihull Hospital's Minor Injuries Unit.

I am so pleased to note that you found the staff to be kind, and that your sister in law was dealt with promptly, I certainly agree that the whole timeframe including obtaining your medication, taking only 40 minutes is brilliant! I'm sure your sister in law was most relieved, and I do hope she is continuing to recover well from her accident at work.

I will be thrilled to ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Lead:Emergency Practioner Nurse at Solihull Hospital, as well as the Matron and Clinical Director for Emergency Services who will be delighted to share your feedback with all of their team, who work exceptionally hard in often difficult circumstances to promote and provide a positive patient experience.

I hope my actions are acceptable and thank you for taking the time out to provide your feedback, it is very important to us.
