"Disgraceful"

About: Alder Hey Hospital / Ophthalmology

After waiting 6 months for an appointment, arrived for the appointment 15 mins early, 30 minutes past the appointment time I queried when my son would be seen, I was then informed that he was booked in the wrong clinic and they would have to ask another Doctor to see him, i questioned if the 'other doctor' would be able to do the tests requested and was informed they would.... 2 hours after the appointment time i was then informed the wait would be a little longer i again queried that the Doctor would be able to do the requested test and was informed the doctor would not be able to.... what a complete waste of my time, no doubt it will be another 6 months to try and get an appointment in the correct clinic. The only good part was the 2 lovely receptionists on 2.2
