"Not sure what to say Not Actually Good not even..."

About: Queen's Hospital / Urology

I had stent inserted in my kidney for stone treatment. There is too much bleeding happening everyday. Consultant advised i will get surgery letter in 6 weeks. I had surgery on 23rd July now its more than 6 weeks and I get to any letters. As per the suggestions they asked me to call their secretary & not sure where they are? Whenever I called the secretary every single day they are on annual leave. 28 voices msgs no reply. Apart from this, my GP is another pblm I have they are not ready to give letter to go for private treatment - evrytym the doctor jst say you arr getting treatments as per needs. Is that mean, i can live every night with immense pain. Is there anyone who can help me out? I am having so much pain & not able to travel distance more than 45-60 mins.
