"Problems in St Georges"

(as a relative),

My son was admitted in to frederik hewitt ward with skull fracture which it wasn't explained to me properly by the doctor, and the consultant didn't show me a scan although I asked to see the scan several times or have a copy of the report that was not explained to me.

Their only problem is to frame me or my wife for the injury that my 9 month son have. Some nurses were good and others wearing their badge upside down so you can't see their names. I found one of the nurses to be mean towards my family and I feel like she was acting like dictator. I felt this nurse treated me badly and provoking that the child is not allowed and they said if I tried to take my son they would call the police. I don’t think this the way that a carer or a nurse should speak to a patient or to a dad. I think some one should really investigate. I spent 5 days in the ward but believe the longer I stayed the worst it became I am not saying this of all of the nurses but there are some nurses that should do their job properly and care and have manners try to treat people equally. I am sure there are other families disappointed with the poor service we received from the some of the staff. In my opinion nurses should not be there to provoke instead of caring for.
