"VERY DISAPPOINTED"

About: Paulton Hospital

The person working as the secretary of the dermatologist has been delaying my results/letter for a week now. First they told me that I will be called by the doctor later in the afternoon (06/09/16), waited all day til night and there was nothing. I called in again the next day (07/09/16) to ask about my result and they told me that maybe I will not get a call and just get a written letter from the dermatologist which they said will be finished at the end of the week (so I assume she meant until Sunday 11/09/16). Again, nothing. I called on Monday (today, 12/09/16) and they said that they will type it up today and will give me the letter in the afternoon. Again, nothing!! I called the hospital again asking to transfer my call to reception so I can speak to them and they said the reception is closed so I'm assuming they've gone home again without sending my letter!! I do understand that you may be busy but delaying my result for a week now is not acceptable anymore. It's already too long for me. I have been waiting for this result for ages because I'm suffering from a type of skin infection which is getting worst! Without that letter, my condition is getting more and more out of control because I do not know what to do. I am very, no, extremely disappointed.
