"A good experience"

About: Cumberland Infirmary / Ophthalmology

yesterday I had cataract surgery at the Cumberland infirmary and it was a very positive experience. All the staff were very helpful and professional. I was treated with kindness and dignity and informed what was happening and going to happen. The actual procedure went very well and I was surprised at how quickly it was achieved. After I was given light refreshment and advice on what to do after discharge. All in all a good outcome.
