(as the patient),

I had an appointment at woman's health at wishaw general today, wasn't something I was looking forward to but walked away feeling like I was well looked after and cared for by the ladies, all the staff was amazing but one stood out in practicular she was very kind helpful and just would like to thank her very much for looking after me the name on her badge was C Anderson so just a big thank you for all your help.
