"Excellent Care."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Trauma and orthopaedics

My teenage daughter was in the William Harvey for 4 days with suspected meningitis and, more recently, my wife was in for a knee replacement. On both occasions the staff provided excellent care and were very well co-ordinated. At all times we felt we were in safe hands with attentive, caring and knowledgeable staff.

Not over the moon about the food - should be much healthier. General medical care however has impressed us and we are very grateful for the all staff dedication and hard work. Thank you.

This must have been a very difficult time for you and your family and especially worrying that there was a suspected meningitis diagnosis for your daughter.

I hope all is well with her now.

I also hope that your wife now has increased mobility after her knee replacement.

Thank you for telling us about the excellent and well coordinated care they both received.

I am sorry that they did not much like the food however; we are trying really hard to make our food options healthier.
