Thank you for your comments. Please accept our apologies for the problems you experienced in relation to waiting times. We have a new centre opening soon, where chemotherapy will be delivered, and we are taking ongoing actions to improve waiting in the meantime. We are sorry to hear of problems relating to staff attitude. If you would like to contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Department (PALS) on 0161 446 8217 we can look into this matter further.

We do have ongoing surveys with our patients and a number of patients are involved in committees and patient groups from time to time. Patients and visitors are also welcome to provide us with their comments/feedback using the forms provided around the hospital. If you would like to be involved, please do not hesitate to contact our PALS department for details.
