"Totally inept"

About: South Tyneside District Hospital / Accident and emergency

Ended up in shields hospital after a accident at work, i was wrongly diagnosed by a doctor who showed a complete lack of interest in anything i was telling them?, i was sent home with no dressings or pain relieve or, like the doctor i saw, no idea of what was going on. After a visit to my GP, who could'nt believe I'd already been to hospital, i was giving the proper care i should of recieved in the first instance and a referral to a specialist thankfully at the QE. Shields reputation amongst the local community is already low and many people have said they dont use it, and to be fair i now realise why, its not a good hospital.
